My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, offering easy access to Cayala's attractions, but the rooms were small and noisy with a mix-up in bookings. The service was lacking, although the dining options were decent. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The service was convenient with shops nearby, but not very attentive. The location in the center of Cayala was bustling with amenities, yet noisy at times. The dining options were decent, but limited for early departures. Overall, a comfortable stay with some setbacks.

Despite this, the room was modern, clean, and comfortable, but I did find it a bit dirty. The hotel didn't own up to their mistake and blamed it on a booking issue, which was disappointing.
